DO YOU ALSO SHIP ABROAD?

We ship anywhere in Canada via Canada Post. For any shipment abroad, please contact us before placing your order

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

Shipping costs are calculated by Canada Post based on the size and weight of the products ordered.

WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?

Orders require a few days to manufacture. When we need to order material in order to complete your order, you will be notified by email if there are any additional delays.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

At any time after placing your order, you can contact us to find out the status of your order. As soon as it is completed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of the Canada Post offices, from where your items will be shipped.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped along with a tracking number. You can then check the progress of the delivery on the Canada Post website.

HOW TO ORDER?

Simply choose your items and click on the "ADD TO CART" button, start over for each item, then go to your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment. We will prepare this and send you an order confirmation email.

I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?

Yes, it's totally normal. To keep your wait as low as possible, we ship all items separately when they are ready to ship. The rest of your order should arrive in the next few days.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT TO DO?

We are sorry, unfortunately it can happen. Please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a photo for proof, we will do our best to find a solution.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I BE REFUNDED?

Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction.

You must print the withdrawal form, send it to us by email and return your items to the address indicated (a return number will be communicated to you before return).

Referral is done in person if possible. If not, it can be done by post to our address communicated by email in return for your requestand the return costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt, your order will be fully refunded.
